A visit to Oak Hill Farm in Glen Ellen, in full swing with a rainbow of vegetables, fruits, herbs and flowers. Students will tour the farm and taste a variety of heirloom tomatoes as well as other treats as part of a light snack. The “Red Barn” will be open for purchasing freshly harvested produce. Following the tour, the group will return to Ramekins to create a meal showcasing tomatoes, corn and peppers. Students will meet at Oak Hill Farm in Glen Ellen and then caravan to Ramekins afterwards.
Included in the fee: tour and tasting fees; light snack; cooking class, recipes and meal; which will include wine.
